4K Ultra

Not Great, Just Okay
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got a pretty good deal on this TV so we thought it was a steal! 4k, Chromecast, smart TV, it had everything that we wanted without breaking the bank. We were disappointed when we got it home and set up. Our other TV was a Sharp Aquos, NOT 4k, but the picture quality on it was MUCH better than the Toshiba. We played with the settings, still not better. The Chromecast is junk. It would freeze frequently and have to be turned off. We have had this TV for almost 2 years and now it's starting to become unresponsive and freeze. You can not turn it off via remote or buttons. You have to unplug it and plug it back in to turn it off. This is happening 2+ times per week. Also, the sound is going between muted and on and the remote is not consistently able to turn the volume up and down. We are receiving a message that says "audio receiver".

Super picture....easy to use
