With NO Geek Squad protection, TOSHIBA gave me great warranty service.HOW EVER BEST BUY IN JACKSON TENNESSEE REALLY SUCKED!THEY REFUSED TO DO THE EXCHANGE. THEIR GEEK GUY SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO IT AND AFTER BEING TOLD TO BY CORP. HE STILL SAID NO I WAS GIVEN A NUMBER TO CUST. SERV. AND AFTER 4 HOURS AND A SHIFT CHANGE THEY MADE THE EXCHANGE. I STAYED A CUST. ONLY BECAUSE OF THE GIRL WHO MADE THE EXCHANGE. SHE WAS SUPER NICE AND SHOULD GET AN INCREASE IN PAY.THE GEEK BOY SHOULD BE DISCHARGED.

Flaky Firmware

It reboots itself frequently and it appears to struggle with the upscale function. Many times it appears to be in the process of upscaling and it is out of focus for a second or two. It is really obvious with captions where words are slowly focused. It looks much like old manual focus on cameras

Good TV but failed after 3 weeks

However after 3 weeks, it began throwing up a double image, for a second or two everything had blurry shadows. We found that on all channels, even on the TVs own menus at times. So we had to return it, Best Buy made that easy enough. Hopefully we just had bad luck., but we decided to try another brand.

Toshiba tv 55"

It works but goes dim on its own and back to regular almost since it was purchased. The price was fair at the time.

NOT A REAL 4K TV!!!!

It looks like garbage, definitely forget using a computer with this. You need at least 60hz for this to be decent, and even though it says 60hz on the box, it's really only 30.

Not a great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two weeks after purchase the tv for some reason will randomly just shut off. I can't even explain it. I checked all the connections and everything looked ok. Unfortunately I could not return it to the store because Best Buy has a 15 day no return policy. So I guess I have to deal with the manufacturer from here on out.

Great Holiday TV
