dont buy, junk. Confusing, not a true smart tv.

Didn't last as long as expected

Better have internet to use

We went to the store with the intention of buying a different TV but they were out of everything in store. This TV was purchased as a last resort so he had something to watch. The tv needs to be cast which would be easy to do if you had internet, which he does not nor do our cell phones get enough signal to use them as a hotspot. There is no way to disable cast from the tv itself. He has problems now just figuring out how to bypass the cast and God forbid he would want to change the screen resolution. He needed a plug and play user friendly TV and this is definitely not it.

Poor Purchase

Disappointing

I was first shocked when the tv had only one button on it which was the power/ input button. There was no way to turn volume up or down or access menu without remote. One time I lost the remote and only alternative was to dload remote app. Tv would often go offline and wouldn't connect to cast or remote. After 2 year and 2 months exactly( just out of warranty) the tv is not powering on. I replaced cord but still not coming on which lead me to review.
