The speakers sound as if they were blown.The Geek Squad technician came to thehouse after much delay due to the audio biard replacei not arriving in time and told me there was nothing to be done, that replacing the board was useless as those TV's internal speakers we're not capable of handling any amount of bass and would rumble even if the board was replaced.

I just noticed a scratch on the tv. I checked the return and it was past the return date. Best Buy delivered a tv to me with a scratch on the screen. However the tv is very nice. Not happy about the scratch

The TV is packaged nice. We like the google cast instead of the smart tv. The only thing that was awkward was putting the tv on the mount. It's confusing and some parts don't fit exactly how they should.

This TV did not even last me 3 years. Wow. I am very surprised.

The picture becomes blurry at times. TV needs to be turned off and back on to fix distortion.

Bad Tv. Not the best Chromecast built in and a very bad user motion control. Tv starts up great but once it gets some use after a couple months you’ll notice that it’s not worth it. Save up and get a better quality tv like Samsung or Sony.

After an initial firmware update the TV ceased to have intelligible audio. Checked the web site to find a basic static site that was no help to me. You can not reinstall the same firmware over the current. No phone help as well. Returned back to Best Buy for some unlucky patron to buy open box and then return again!

Just needed a short HDMI to connect the DVD player to new smart tv. Works fine.

I think I got the wrong tv, was a Christmas present and I'm not happy with it

You must use Google Cast which is very limiting. There's no way around it.

This TV lasted only 14 months and then it went out. They wouldn't do anything for is because it only had a year warranty. I dont recommend this without purchasing an extended warranty even then I'd be sceptical. I've never had a TV go out that fast. Very upset by it.

Tv was great size for price but had some quality issues with apps.

Toshiba is a reliable manufacturer for computers and TVs. This TV did not disappoint. We installed it. Powered it, and started using it. Nothing more to say.

Good TV. No complaints. Works and operates as described.

Tv has frozen several times while watching Netflix

I am returning this tv as the quality is not good.

This TV seems to be a good TV with all the bells and whistles. After putting up the TV and letting a few months go by, I notice volume issues where the volume would go out and the pictures became fuzzy. I don't suggest anyone to purchase this TV.

Don’t buy a Toshiba - this tv died after 4 years and now I have to replace and have the new one mounted which Best Buy charges the exorbitant fee if 200 to do.
