I informed them why I wanted the tv and it didn't do what I needed it to do

This TV only lasted 2 years then picture went black.

It wasn't good for me I didn't like it it's not a smart tv

Picture went out exactly 37 days after I bought it.

Very slow processor not good for watching sports .

Had to return the TV within 1 month. About 2 weeks after delivery, nothing came on TV. Totally blank After calling Geek Squad, and explaining situation, was instructed to return TV. Did so and upgraded a bit.

Only has Google Cast, no apps. Who wants to always cast while watching TV and have another device open to use your TV? The box shows the Netflix app, which is partially true. C'mon Toshiba. Returned..

Let's be honest, a 55 inch 4ktv isn't the most reassuring purchase if youre a fan of quality visual products, but let me calm your nerves by telling you this is a very decent purchase. It lacks HDR and the google cast must all be done from your phone (like its not already always in your hand anyways), but its image quality and the surprisingly decent color makes up for it. With some fine tweaking it could fool many people into thinking its a high dollar set. It obviously won't match up to the HDR higher end Sony's/samsungs,/LG but you wouldnt be looking at these reviews if you were looking to spend around $1000 on a TV anyways. Up conversion works pretty well adding a nice upgrade from over air 1080i. Also boosts 1080p blu rays to another level. It features a 60hz HDMI 2.0 input as well as a "game mode", which handles gaming at a very reasonable and playable package. I had no issues running gtav, BioShock HD, rocket league, etc in full glorious 4k with my evga 1070. Great purchase for the money. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Very jittery from time to time, almost 1080p, and my picture would show double for intervals of 6 seconds randomly while watching. It shut off on it's own once too

Ended up exchanging for a Samsung 4K, not bad for the price however if you're used to a higher quality tv then you will definitely notice a difference!

Great quality. Love the television. Picture is very good & love that it has not frozen up like my previous one.

Poor quality picture. Seems blurry at times. My other tv thats is not even led or 1080 pic has a better picture. I would like to return it.

I returned this tv after one day functuionality and the chromecast were overly complicated.

For the price is ok don't expect Great things it has issues .

Do not by this tv it's cheap for a reason dont do it

This is the 4th Toshiba TV I have purchased in the last year. Cant beat these tv's for the price and the picture quality has been very good on all of them. This is the first 4K version and I just had it installed outside last night. I turned on football and I saw no blurring or any issues related to fast moving objects on the screen. For $450 for a 55" 4K you just cant beat it. I am very happy with the TV and have nothing bad to say about it other than the sound. But any TV these days the sound will always be an issue so that is moot point.

I gave one star because I brought the TV home and it was broke out of the box. Bestbuy swapped it out for one that works so far but that didn't compensate me for the time wasted.
