    Picture was good, sound sucked. Lucky Best Buy let me exchange it for a Insignia that was less money and better quality in both picture and sound

    2 years later the backlight has gone out. This is the 3rd tv in almost 5 years to have the same issue and they were all different brands. Can we not rely on tvs lasting longer than 1-2 years?? This is ridiculous. These companies don’t seem to care about quality anymore. I’m tired of buying tvs. It’s not worth it

    Can’t hold an internet connection

    It cannot stay connected to WiFi, Alexa never worked with the remote, the remote would not pair with the tv after needing to reset the tv due to the internet issues. A great picture is worthless if the tv stops functioning after a few months.

    Worst remote control I've ever had the displeasure to own. I should have taken TV back, but spent a few months learning the complicated 20 clicks to half program the thing. Actually thought of setting fire to it and doing a video of that.

    Does not sync to headphones. Tried to call for support but never get anyone. I bought this because my tv didn't have bluetooth and I need headphones so my wife can go to sleep early.

    I wish I could say that I love this tv and at one point I truly did until it stopped working. Purchased this tv in Sept of 2021. The other week the tv would no longer boot up, only to the Fire TV logo and nothing else. I contacted Buy via their online chat and they recommended me to call support. I did call the number they gave me and I spoke to a rep, who told me to try and factory reset the tv to no avail. So I called back support and they told me to bring it back to my local buy. We'll I did last Friday. The Buy rep, told me there was nothing they could do but to get an RA "Return Authorization" from and they could start the replacement. I asked if they could call for me, they said no. So here I am, in the store calling support.

    Bought and returned the same day. We wanted a tv for our basement and didn’t want to spend a fortune. Saw this in best buy and thought it was a great deal. Got it home and it did not work. It just kept spinning on the home screen. We followed all of the directions and called the number (which was just a recording). After doing some research I saw that several people have had issues after a short time. Thankfully we discovered this issue in less than 24 hours so we were able to return it. Sticking with Samsung.

    Blank screen don't buy.

    Was a good tv until one day the screen just went blank, I’ve looked up how to fix it on youtube and it seems like its a common thing with this tv. The screen just goes blank some people say if you keep unplugging the tv should work , not the case with me i will reach out to manufacturer and see what can be done. Should be a recall they should just pull this tv, no more sales. Don’t buy.

    TV Went Out a year and 4 months after purchase

    Literally 4 months after the warranty ended the back light went out on the TV. It will cost more to fix the TV the what I purchased it for. Buyer beware. Toshiba needs to do better with this product. Now I have to buy another TV.

    When is Toshiba not a Toshiba ?

    I returned mine for a refund after I found out that Toshiba signed a contract with Hisense in 2017 for Hisense to make TVs and slap the Toshiba name on them. They're not made to any better specifications, they are Hisense tvs branded toshiba!

    Bought in November of 2021 for $380ish and just crapped out on me. Backlight is gone, just went to a black screen in the middle of use. First TV that has ever broken on me. Dont recommend.

    Do you like sleep? It's 2:32 am for me and instead of sleeping in writing a review. Blue light blocks melatonin needed for sleeping. The blue light at the bottom of the TV can't be turned off. You can't block it because it's the sensor for the TV. ONLY solution is to buy a separate smart plug. F amazon, and F the short-bus engineer that designed this.

    I am having nothing but trouble with this TV. Comcast and Toshiba cannot rectify the problem. I am sorry that I bought it. The picture goes from full screen to very small. No one can help me. Can you do something?

    Extremely fragile. We had for one week. Hung in wall and the corner had a mark like someone smash it. They would not except return. I would never buy this brand again.
