It was difficult to connect to my Wi-Fi and difficult to connect to my Echo Dot. In searching for the name of the new TV, it wasn't even listed in the Alexa App on the TV. I also bought a living room TV, which is a Vizio Smart TV. It is much easier to navigate through to connect up everything. Easier instructions along with video instructions.

A Television should be just a large Display with audio out (I use a Sonos Playbar + Surround with it) with multiple HDMI ports. FireTV has a clunky interface. I really don't care for it. As you can see from the products photo, the interface is not only full off apps that you don't have installed, it's also full of advertisements. Hopefully there will a hacked firmware release for this TV soon. The TV runs Android so it's possible to create an image that will have a non Amazon Firestick Themed image and have my own custom interface with just HDMI, YouTube, and Plex in the Menu. I opened up the my remote control and cut the pc board etch that connected the microphone.
