DON'T BUY THIS TV!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for many years. 2 months ago I purchased a Toshiba LED Smart Fire TV from Best Buy, and within 2 weeks it stopped working. Best Buy would not allow us to return the TV because they have 2 week return policy. We asked Best Buy to send the Geek squad out (for $99) & the Geek squad told us they believed the TV was bad. We also called our cable service provider to make sure that wasn't the problem, but we were told our signals were great and they also believed something was wrong with the TV. Best Buy said we had to go through the manufacturer for "our" TV problem. We then called the manufacturer who had us do a factory reset on the TV. That still did not fix the issue. Toshiba then said they would send a TV repairman to look at our NEW TV, but first we had to scan our receipt and send it to them. This has been the BIGGEST HEADACHE!! I will NEVER buy another Toshiba product or shop at Best Buy again.
