    Display quit working

    I bought 2 of these TVs when we moved into our house. We have had them since December 2022. The TVs display started acting up after having it for 2.5 years. Within a week of it acting up the display is no longer working at all. The tv did not sustain any abuse or injury it just simply quit working. Manufacturers warranty is 1 year. I now have a 2.5 year old TV that no longer works. Unacceptable.

    Purchased less than 4 months ago and has quit working. Tv is refusing to pair with the remote, making the tv completely useless.

    It’s a nice TV. Generally does a good job of doing what smart TVs do. Occasionally, it spontaneously turns itself off. It’s entire life random when it happens.

    Doesn't Support the Spectrum App!

    This t.v. has been a huge headache because IT DOESN'T SUPPORT THE SPECTRUM app, which means it has to be used with a ROKU or a cable box. What is the point of having a "smart" TV that can't download this common streaming app? Purchased for an elderly relative whose senior living home only provides Spectrum and the multiple remotes are so confusing for them, causing us to get constant "TV isn't working" phone calls. I think we will take it back even though we paid Best Buy $$ to wall mount it and set it up. Why isn't this major deficit disclosed in the specs???

    Very expensive panel

    Tv was weird because it just turns into a black screen one day. Had an appointment to get it repair, but it started working again after it was unplugged for a few days so didn't need the appointment anymore. Was moving and accidentally damaged the tv. The screen is really fragile. The screen is not cracked, but you can see damage when it turns on. I called geek squad and a store. Nobody will repair the tv screen. The panel costs more than the tv. Just buy a new one.
