    Okay value for the price, however the picture quality could be better considering there are other options that are only slightly more expensive that are much better.

    It is a TV and I can watch everything in HD. It does what it is supposed to do. I have no streaming services, so I get an opening page asking to set it up every time I turn it on.

    Poor picture quality even with a lot of adjustment and pray you don't need HDR, which it handles awfully. Looks washed out, no enhancement at all. Randomly loses my channel favorites, hidden channels, etc. And had a glitch the other day where it started up on a grey screen (not black since it's incapable of producing blacks, no contrast) with no ability to switch inputs until I somehow got to the settings menu and restarted it (turning off and on isn't good enough). Am taking this pile of garbage back as soon as I can decide on a better TV.

    Well.,, Price Guarantee? Found it cheaper in Amazon.. But BestBuy Bundled with a smart bulb and Echo Dot Won’t price match… unless you bring back the “ Bundled “ items… Thus the customer pays for the items… so Not a good honest deal!

    This is the worst tv it will not stay connected to WiFi. I have since discovered this is a common problem with this particular model. It won’t even stay connected for an entire movie, not even an hour show. Everything else in my house stays connected with no problem. The router is close to the tv & there shouldn’t be a problem. Also the remote only works some of the time. I have saved the troubleshooting video on my phone because I have to constantly reset it.

    Did I get a Dud?

    Not sure how this TV got such high reviews. I figured it was too good to be true at $350 and it was. Unless I got a Dud this TV is Trash. Tried to watch Outer Ranch on Prime since it's supposed to be 4K UHD, But the first 15 mins of it was filmed at night and it was so dark It was unwatchable. The sound was pretty loud though.

    The setup is time consuming and not easy to install. I hired professional installers to assist with mounting and TV settings. This brand doesn’t pair well with my box top remote.

    Not too impressed with the factory operating software. It seems that at least once a day I must go into 'Device & Software' menu and restart. I have to do this because the sound will not come on when I've changed inputs or apps. Pretty annoying to say the least since it seems to software related. This will most likely be my last Toshiba product.

    Where's help when you have a question

    The tv is fine. My only problem is that the booklet didn't address a question I had so I tried numerous times to speak to someone in the store. Got absolutely nowhere!

    I don't have one of my TV's as it was broken when delivered and I had an appointment to have it delivered and no one showed up. I am not too happy about this.

    Don't care for fire tvs. Does not work consistently. Updates change how it functions. Takes forever to power up to view. Bought new tv to replace it even though not broke.

    Antenna channels didn't show on screen

    Had to return it for credit. I like Amazon Fire streaming. Problem was antenna channels would not appear on screen, even though scan showed antenna picking up 60+ channels and guide showing channels and preview. When choosing channel there was a blank screen. On streaming voice and picture slightly out of sink - but that probably could be fixed in settings.
