    Screen was broken when we turned it on. Unfortunately you couldn't tell it was broken until poewering on. No hassle to return.

    Only lasted 2yrs to the date Toshiba fire tv 55” it gave me a lot of problems and then just went black screen it still has sound though.

    The tv needs 2 remotes to work and there is no way around it. I find that to be ridiculous. Wish I had known before setting the whole unless thing up. Also the legs are so short that a cable box does not fit underneath in. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Very slow, internet didn't connected. TV looks good and quality of image is really good, but it is impossible to watch anything there. Would not recommend it.

    Absolutely the worst TV I have ever owned. It is slow, freezes between shows and apps (it is not my internet). The picture quality is also very poor/pixelated. I’m not a techie and would never notice minor spec differences, this is choppy and blurriness that comes and goes. I broke the screen on my old Samsung from 2018 so I needed a replacement, but I would rather be using that with a broken screen rather than this piece of junk.

    After owning this TV for just under six months it died. I searched for product support from Toshiba to no avail. I contacted Best Buy and they gave me the phone number to the manufactureres Customer Support. I call them and learn a Toshiba TV is a Dybabook Product and they are not open to resolve the issue until "normal buisness hours." It's Friday and Monday is a holiday and I want to watch the game so I have it sitting in a corner and it will replace the downstairs TV when or if I can get it repaired.

    Horrible picture when viewing from the side, you only get a good picture when you are sitting directly in front of screen otherwise everything gets way too bright/white looking.

    TV is great, delivery service sucked. Would not deliver to the house. I had to drive to the end of the driveway so they could put it in my car. My wife and I had to unload it from my car. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN. I know you probably don't care.

    Horrible light bleed all around the edge.. supposedly is direct light.. it was completely distracting. On top of that the sound sounded far away and empty. Very dim btw. Also I’m not a noob when it comes to settings of the tv.. I tried several and no difference at all.. this is why I stick with insignia or lg

    Some of my apps on this tv won’t pay it says not connected to internet. It’s not my service got that checked and all my other devices are fine. I think this fire stick tv is defective. I have another fire stick tv ani works great. Different model

    Tv set up extremely easy. Had for about a week and a static noise started coming from the tv. Speaker got blown with the volume never going over 20. What a waste of time and money.

    Tuner too weak for OTA reception

    The over-the-air tuner is not very strong. We live 8 miles from a cluster of TV station towers, the Toshiba would pixilate and freeze while the other TVs in the home were perfect. Other inputs were fine.
