False advertising subscriptions

Fubo was a week VS 2 months, prime music was a month VS 4 months and apple tv didn't work at all. Fake false advertising... LAME

Horrible sound

Not the TV for me.

After one day, the entire picture was distorted. Very good customer service on the purchase as well as the return, but t.v. was not good at all. It was very disappointing.

Won’t price match, and lost a future sale.

(They lowered the price) It’s really a shame for them because I like the tv and I was going to buy another one, but now I’m not going to. Best Buy wake up, this is a bad business practice!

Leaving Best Buy for good!

Called Best Buy got hung up on 4x, so finally got online to chat and there is nothing they will do. I need to go back to the store that is 2 hours away and try and get a cord.

Worse TV I ever purchased

The volume on the TV is constantly going out and one time a show from another app overlapped with a show I was watching and I could not stop it from playing. I had to unplug the TV altogether to stop the talking from another app.

Tv Problem

I eventually was told that parts have to be ordered prior to them coming even though they have not seen the TV.

Terrible TV

Keeps shutting the picture off and TV has to be turned off and on. One year warranty is through TOSHIBA in Canada and their website doesn’t even show our model number! Never buy TOSHIBA again!
