Cannot work with Bravo App or Spectrum Streaming

I thought this tv would have Spectrum Streaming which is what I have for my main tv app. It is not supported by this tv. I watch Bravo a lot on Spectrum and even tried the Bravo app. It DOES not work. All the reviews for the Bravo App said the app doesn't work. I can't even use the remote to scroll within the Bravo App. I will try getting Roku device and if that doesn't work, this tv will have to go back. Other than this, the picture seems fine and all the apps for Fire Tv are there.

This purchase made over the phone was simple and the experience in the store with the sales rep. enhanced the pleasure of the entire transaction. The store rep. was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. This was another A+ experience with BestBuy!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read a number of reviews before purchasing this TV, especially the 1, 2, and 3 star reviews. One of the complaints was about the sleep timer. It actually can be turned off. After selecting a time, "OFF" will show up below the time; step down to off and select button. The other issue I was concerned about was being able to power up on the last selected input or app. It's doable in the settings, you just have to find "Power Controls" in the list from "Display and Sounds." The TV will then show "Input Switched" when the TV is powering up if not powering up on the home screen. Instructions to navigate the menus aren't in the booklet the comes with it or on the website listed in it. Phone support was very helpful. The speakers in this TV are on the back. So how you locate or mount it will result in good sound or poor sound. Many review said "good sound", while reviews on other seller's sites stated "poor sound." As far as picture quality goes, I'm still deciding. Some motion is not smooth. It is only a 60Hz refresh rate as opposed to the better 120 Hz. The brightness and color don't seem to adjust as well as I think they should.
