Ok for the price

Keeps Automatically Shutting Off Channel

But this television drops the channel you’re viewing and goes back to the Home Screen, which has fire TV apps, etc. It’s so frustrating! Then I have to turn the tv completely off, turn it back on and try to resume where my program where it cut off. If I was watching live tv, then I’ve missed the event. I did purchase the extended warranty, and I’m calling Best Buy to send someone out to check it. Maybe I just need to return it. I can’t keep having my movies and shows interrupted.
