Only have one issue other then that love it

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would be five stars but the TV will black screen when exit a game or app on Xbox have to unplug and plug back in turn on and wait to reboot to fix can't turn off when black screens can hear sound when it does but other then that love the TV and if didn't do that would be 5 star

Beware don’t buy.

The middle of the screen took it back in store return they were giving me trouble. They opened up the whole TV. They were telling me that that scratch isn’t there I had them put it down on the side the manager saw the giant scratch and everyone around him looked at him like a moron. Didn’t even get a apology. Would never buy a TV from Best Buy ever again famous words never again. and I returned it to the Sugarland store won’t shop there ever again.

Terrible television

Not worth the money saved

Best Buy lacks customer value

They don't trust their vendors enough to back their merchandise even for 90 days?! Best Buy does not appreciate their customers. If they valued their customers, they would only sell you something they believe is quality. Rather they will sell you anything and then charge you to buy a guarantee from them increasing their profit.

Defective but good quality
