    2 weeks after purchasing, a vertical line appeared in the middle of the screen, pixels issue I guess. When I contact Best buy, they said they can't do nothing and they suggest to contact the Toshiba service customer!! Very bad experience!!

    17 days after purchasing, I started having issues with TV (pixelated during streaming) unfortunately I could not return to Best Buy because they have a 15 days from purchase policy.

    Piece of crap. Horrible interface, wont connect with sound bar and went schyzoid after 3 weeks and randomly flashes the video. Only way it stops is to unplug. Returning asap.

    The TV that I originally ordered arrived damaged so it had to go back to the warehouse. After almost 3 weeks of BestBuy confirming new delivery dates, a TV that was larger by 5 inches than what I'd ordered was delivered. By that time, I was too fatigued with re-scheduling dates to send it back even though unhappy with its size. The delivery guys were excellent, efficient, and 5 stars worth -- the customer service people were courteous but somewhat clueless, so no stars. Apparently, BestBuy had NO stock on what I'd ordered and some CS rep must have thought I'd be pleased with a larger screen, a false assumption that required me to buy a new TV table. I have no walls in the family room that are suitable for mounting anything heavier than 5 lbs and those are walls unsuitable for viewing TV. Although I have been a BestBuy customer for years, I am disinclined to recommend buying a TV from them.
