Very bad experience

When I contact Best buy, they said they can't do nothing and they suggest to contact the Toshiba service customer!! Very bad experience!!

After almost 3 weeks of BestBuy confirming new delivery dates, a TV that was larger by 5 inches than what I'd ordered was delivered. By that time, I was too fatigued with re-scheduling dates to send it back even though unhappy with its size. The delivery guys were excellent, efficient, and 5 stars worth -- the customer service people were courteous but somewhat clueless, so no stars. Apparently, BestBuy had NO stock on what I'd ordered and some CS rep must have thought I'd be pleased with a larger screen, a false assumption that required me to buy a new TV table. I have no walls in the family room that are suitable for mounting anything heavier than 5 lbs and those are walls unsuitable for viewing TV. Although I have been a BestBuy customer for years, I am disinclined to recommend buying a TV from them.
