Excellent Customer Service The first television was broken, return it and recieved another one. Beautiful picture!!! This is the second Toshiba 55 inch tv. I have purchased !!

I have two of these. You can’t beat the price for picture and sound quality. Zero complaints. I’m a Toshiba fan now.

my mother in law has poor vison and this TV has a clear sharp picture that allows her to enjoy watching TV. This was a great pick for her. She is very happy.

Easy to setup. Awesome picture. I previously had TV's with Roku and this is my first Fire TV. I really like the Fire TV operating system, it's more intuitive than Roku.

I had high hopes but they were diminished quickly. First, the power cord wouldn't work, then I discovered that when you turn it on there is a delay of several seconds before it will come on. I have not received a response yet from Toshina about the power cord problem. Had I been aware of the delay I would not have purchased. I would return it but I it's too heavy/big for me to handle. I have such bad vibes about the problems they have overshadowed how the picture is. I guess you live and learn - Learn not to purchase Toshiba. Thank you.

Love the TV. Great TV picture for the bedroom. Easy to mount to the wall.

The picture and features are all fine.I like a big screen but not mounted to wall as I constantly rearrange furniture.I want my TV to be on a mobile cart.The position of the 4 screw holes in the back of the set makes it impossible for me to hang it flush because the top two are further in than the bottom two making it not flush.

In and out of best buy when ordered online. The tv clarity is waaayy better in the past 5 yrs. I replaced an Amazon fire tv with this Hisense fire tv. I bought warranty. Movies looks impressive. I can tell the 144hz refresh rate is making a difference moving from streaming app and flashing sequence within movies. RECOMMEND

works well so far. good price, good size i'd be happy if it lasted 3 years
