    2 weeks after purchasing, a vertical line appeared in the middle of the screen, pixels issue I guess. When I contact Best buy, they said they can't do nothing and they suggest to contact the Toshiba service customer!! Very bad experience!!

    Ended up returning it and getting a Samsung. I didn't like the Firetv component.

    17 days after purchasing, I started having issues with TV (pixelated during streaming) unfortunately I could not return to Best Buy because they have a 15 days from purchase policy.

    Piece of crap. Horrible interface, wont connect with sound bar and went schyzoid after 3 weeks and randomly flashes the video. Only way it stops is to unplug. Returning asap.

    Cannot handle shadows/darkness

    Good for the price but be aware the dark shadows and even mid dark shadows are so pixelated it's nuts tried fixing it with settings just doesn't do well. Otherwise pretty good but since shadows are in everything dark scenes are hard to see. If they were to fix that issue this is probably the best TV for the money but because it's not good at it its a maybe save up more and get something better than can handle shadows

    Loved my 85 inch TV so much when I bought another 55 inch TV for a different room made sure to get the same model. Glad the pricing was awesome.

    Received damaged and Best Buy won't exchange it. Missed the two week deadline by 10 days. Ridiculous time frame and horrible customer service.
