Picture screen turned black (died )after 10 days! What a pain to take it back and replace it with a Samsung.

Great picture. I love screen size. Amazon Alexa is awesome.

Pretty sure title sums it up...it wont power on...

Tv stopped picking up remote after 1mo. Worthless piece of junk

Loses wireless connection multiple times a day. When this happens I need to restart the TV and then everything is fine again. This is the only device in the house that has wireless connection issues. I like the TV when it works but would never purchase again due to the connectivity issues.

Didn’t even last for 2 years . I bought this TV in 2019 and started facing Screen related issues in 2021. Screen black out after a minute every time. Tried to contact Toshiba customer support but no one picked up call . Toshiba customer support where i called 855-527-2411.

I can’t hook up my surround sound to tv other than by Bluetooth and then it doesn’t sync well.

This TV worked very well for a year and then just stopped. I've tried everything I could find to fix it, but it's operating systems just seems to have given out. I'm guessing its more of an Amazon Fire TV issue than a Toshiba issue, but now it is basically useless.

Sound faded in and out. TV was defective. Had to return it. Did not replace it

The picture was not clear in smaller room. . It was very easy to set up.

I should have stuck with Samsung. The sound and the picture quality is horrible. Now I have to purchase a sound bar to hear the TV. If I would have paid the extra money to get the Samsung, which is the brand I usually purchase, I would not be spending more money to buy the sound bar!

Its amazing the features you can get in a television today for a very affordable price. For someone that already has smart devices in their home and is familiar with the Alexa platform, this concept of putting Alexa in a television sounded amazing to me. And after using this television for a while, it did not disappoint. I mounted this television in my office opposite of my desk and it made my office so much more enjoyable. After going through the very simple setup process (which includes tutorial videos), it asks you what popular apps you want to install to get you started off on the right foot. After that, use your remote and talk to it as you would any Alexa device. My biggest surprise was that the Alexa integration isnt just in the television, it can control any smart device on your network. This is awesome, makes things simple, and frees up my Echo Dot that I originally had in my office to another room. Its also nice that being partnered with Amazon, I ask my television to play music and it links to Amazon Music and plays my request. I have been using this television to mainly watch streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, Etc) and Twitch, and the ease of use is amazing. I especially enjoy the Twitch app as it plays both the stream and the chat box together and just gives you a great layout. The video quality is pretty good and the sound, for a television, is surprisingly good. I still have mine hooked up to an external receiver, but you could definitely get by with just the TV speakers if need be. Add into that the amount of A/V connections that the television supplies, I personally think that this television is a steal, even at MSRP price. Overall, this TV is worth every penny and then some. Inexpensive yet feature rich. WIN-WIN.

The HDMI 1 has already lost picture and now sometimes audio as well. I only had my other Toshiba for a little over 2 years when the panel went out. This replacement has already shown issues in the first week.

Very difficult to use I'm still having trouble enjoying it

This TV is great for many reasons... great price, it's really thin and light, the picture quality is clear and pretty close to perfection, so easy to take out of the packaging and assemble in minutes. The setup practically does it on its own once you power it on. I was watching TV 15 minutes after bringing it home, and I had to take it upstairs and unbox it...15 minutes! I haven't figured all the smart TV stuff yet, but Alexa turned it on and off and I can tell it to watch a movie but haven't figured out how to get Alexa to change the channels but might not be able to work while on cable. However, everything works great and easy to use. Love it! I will definitely buy another when it's time to replace my next TV!

Picture quality is every bit as clear ,sharp,crisp and colorful as our $$$$$$ TV.For less then $ 400 dollars delivered you can not go wrong.Sometimes if it is to good to be true is wrong as in this case.When way more expensive TV dies we will buy another one of these.I like the features,I could not see how any TV could have any more and what they could be.This has all you could ask for .At over 70 years old I still had no problem working TV. Why do people always think us old people are not tech savvy. My only complete is WE never received code in our email for 30 days free Sling.Would like to try but have yet to receive code.Thank you Best Buy........not getting code is no big deal as there are more cheaper and free apps you can use,Slings loss is no concern of mine.We are more then happy with the other apps that we have loaded on TV.If you are in need of new TV and a 55" can fit in your space get this, you will not be disappointed.Also remember they have smaller size ones of same TV for less money.

TV BROKE AFTER 2 WEEKS. RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE. WE'LL SEE HOW THIS ONE WORKS OUT.

5 months after we bought this tv, flames shot out of it near the power button. Luckily my husband smelled burning plastic and went to check it out. He burned his hand pulling it off the wall. It could have burned our house down!

Picture avg at best even at this price point my old Sony 720p had a better picture and better blacks. Fire stick internal has lag. External old school fire stick works much better.
