Not what I expected

For starters, I purchased a Sony sound bar the same night as I bought the TV. After setup, we found that we can only use the sound bar when we're watching cable TV; not for anything on Amazon Prime. I spent countless hours trying to remedy this, but have given up. If you want to listen to anything on Amazon Prime, you have to turn the cable volume down (not mute) and turn the TV volume up. Its really stupid. I believe the TV is not built for cable or satellite, rather Amazon Prime ONLY! If you are wanting a true experience of a 4K television, buy a 4K TV without the Amazon Fire built in.

Good Tv for the price

The sound doesn't go with the lips but I was told that was a provider problem not the TV problem. We can't for the life of us get the picture size right, we have tried every setting and the words or people are still off the edge of the screen. If I make it smaller then I am not utilizing the 55" so why have a 55" TV if it won't fill it.
