Features with severe AI problems. Same reason we had to return the Hisense and ROKO TVs we purchased. The AI is not refined nor advanced enough to handle the 4k and 4K upscaler. Maybe 2025 or 2026 will have a better AI upgrade.

Very disappointed with this tv. Yes it does display, but on games or white objects in general (think white dots on a gaming radar), they rapidly vibrate around until to stop moving. Its not on most of the picture but white over something always glitches out when moving. Within 2 months and hdmi port stopped working. And a very annoying problem is when watching streaming video apps, randomly the tv will go back to the home page of the whole tv. Either i got a lemon or QLED is a terrible rip off of an extra $100. DO NOT BUY QLED

Brightness is extremely low even when you turn it up all the way. When the light is on it’s even worse you can’t see it. Tv is not worth buying. Picture is okay when the light is off but it’s still not as bright as it should be.

I will never purchase another Toshiba TV. first week we had the TV, when watching a program, all of a sudden i could not understand anything that was being said on the television when people were talking, the television the volume sound was very blurred. This has happend twice since we had the tv.

My other tv's are a 75" TCL qm7 and a 65" Hisense u6. The picture on this tv is just as good, the sound is ample for me. So far I'm really happy withDon't miss out on this one it. It's on sale for a GREAT price.
