The voice options are perfwct when you cant get to the remote. I have a RIng doorbell and i see thise at my door through the TV. Loveeee it.

Picture is decent. I am not a fan of Alexa so do not like that remote has no numerical keys to select over the air stations with, sound is adequate but not great.

Contrast failing after 2 years use

Tried adjusting picture settings, contrast and brightness, and no improvement. Darker movies and streaming TV shows are harder to discern details. Will be looking for a new TV soon.

Capable of adding apps that is not preinstalled

Great TV for the money

The sound comes from the back of the tv so it bounces off our wall. It makes the quality of the sound not the best. An added sound bar would probably fix it
