Every time it turns on, it starts at Prime, and you can't adjust the setting. Watching cable, it'll occasionally switch to the Prime home page, or reset itself trying. It will also mute itself occasionally. I'm extremely disappointed with this TV, and would return it if I could.

It can’t really handle dark scenes but worse is the FireTV OS. It’s complicated and clunky. Prioritizes advertisement over usability. I often will need to restart the TV because apps don’t close properly. At times, the audio of whatever I’m streaming continues to play even when the TV is off.
