It can’t really handle dark scenes but worse is the FireTV OS. It’s complicated and clunky. Prioritizes advertisement over usability. I often will need to restart the TV because apps don’t close properly. At times, the audio of whatever I’m streaming continues to play even when the TV is off.

Mine lasted 18 months

Very pleased with it until March 2023 when it started having issues with the screen having a blue rectangle in the middle of the screen and no response to the remote except power off. Turning the TV off and back on does remedy the problem temporarily. TV should last longer than 18 months.
