Dialog is in the background and is overshadowed by background noise/music. There is a dialog enhance setting but it didn't seem to do much; it's still often hard to hear dialog over the background sound. Most annoying thing is that the TV locks up/freezes. Will not respond to the remote at all. The only way to fix it is to unplug the set. This is probably going to go back to Best Buy.

I bought two, thinking that there was bundled with it an Amazon Echo with each TV. I received the TV's but only one Echo. When I questioned them, they did crazy gyrations on why I received one and not two Echos. They told me that it was one per order. (reach the fine print). They said that I could return one (i.e. take it off the mount, rebox it and take it back and I could get the second Echo, that they had promised,) The problem would be that the sale is over and I would need to pay full price. Also, and they did not tell me this. The bundling of the TV and the Echo is no longer in effect. So, long story, short. Be careful. The bundle is not a bundle. It is per order. Not happy with something that could be simple, but no one can help with. They all blamed the system. I wanted to purchase local, but next time, it will be local...
