    DO NOT THROW OUT PACKAGING - YOU WILL NEED IT

    Bought this TV because it was onsale and had 4 HDMI ports... PS5, PS3, Nintendo Switch and BluRay player. Less than one week, HDMI port #1 does not work, at all. Also, after watching a TV show and turning off TV, 5 minutes later, the TV is still off, but audio starts playing. Spent over an hour on phone with Amazon trouble shooting the issues. Determined that the HDMI port is faulty (switched consoles, cables, even used new cable) and has to be returned. So, back to Best Buy. Luckily, I did not have a chance to go to the garbage dump with the packaging (it was in the garage) because if it does not have the original packaging, Best Buy won't take it back.

    Bigger isn’t always better. If you’re into Amazon products and want a smart tv, then this is for you. Picture quality is poor, tickers stutter across the screen - don’t try watching soccer on this tv without taking Dramamine. Didn’t work well with Bose sound bar either.

    This tv broke after 2 months, I don’t know what happened, After this tv, I got a protection plan for every item I buy from best buy. Do not recommend, I had to throw away the TV :(.

    I was excited to get this, but, the color is not a vibrant as I had hoped and not as good as my older Vizio. Also, now about a year into it, it continuously had to be reset because it won't recognize my internet. Bet frustrating

    The sound on the tv is not the best… every channel seems to operate at a different level of sound. With my other same tv, I hardly ever had it over 5 and this one is usually around level 11-18

    Nice TV for the price but was disappointed in the picture quality no matter how many times I tried adjusting the color, etc. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't

    Do NOT buy this product!!! I bought it, took it home, unboxed it. The TV itself is really nice, it looks awesome out of the box. I set it up, and holy cow, couldn’t get the remote to pair with the tv, then the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect, finally connected then wouldn’t connect, I tried 7 x’s and still nothing, do yourself a favor, buy something else.

    Not the best picture. Not every show but some are extremely blurry. Should have gone into the store and tried to look at the difference between picture screens.
