    We bought the 65C350LU and have not succeeded in connecting our sound system to this tv. I tried for a week following all of the instructions being sure the HDMI was in the eARC port and in the correct output from the receiver. I tried a different HDMI cord to be sure it was not the cord. The receiver worked with my phone, so I knew that was not the issue. I checked all the settings on the tv to be sure eARC was selected in settings. I decided to connect via bluetooth. That worked except that the audio and video were out of sync. I tried every solution I found online, and nothing worked. I tried lip sync on receiver. I tried adjusting levels on audio delay on both the tv and the receiver in both directions. I tried a factory reset on the tv by unplugging the tv from the wall. I tried the factory reset using the remote. After all of that, I called tech support 888--407-0396. The first person who answered took down nearly all of my information and then hung up or we got disconnected? The second person said her name was Tashaya and then hung up. The third person said her name was Monique. I asked her if something was wrong with their phone connections and she said not that she knew of. I told her what happened on my previous calls. Well, that first person did Not take any of my information because Monique said she could not find any notes from my first call. Monique was kind and patient as I had to completely start over with her. She actually created a case file that I received a confirmation email about. I meant to rate her as a 5, but I was so exhausted that I forgot and hung up. The first two would get a -5. My case number is 3040336 My husband wants to just return the set. He's over this whole thing. After all of the research in trying to solve this issue, it seems that many people have been reporting the same issues..Maybe there is something your techs could address in a future system update. We will never buy a Toshiba product again. For my husband, it's about the tv not working properly. For me, it's about the absolute horrible customer experience on my first 2 calls. Everyone knows you have to listen to some automated voice for an inordinate amount of time before you actually get to speak to a human, so that alone creates frustration. Do your research if you are connecting to a sound system!

    TV for size and price doesn't have storage for needed basic apps. Netflix Hulu starz YouTube showtime prime etc. there are no pictures games ir anything else. Just common apps used today. USB ask you to format every time for external storage, doesn't work to help free up space. As of March 2024 tv has given the screen of death. Red light comes on and off but tv doesn't come on no sound. Tv is mounted so was not hit dropped etc. has been mounted three years.

    Good picture quality but the sound from this TV is hands down terrible. If you use a sound bar it's a good value. If not, don't bother.
