    Great TV at a great price. Bought in 55 and 65 inch and are happy with both. The smart features move much faster with no lag.

    Attention was not good, almost 6 employees at the pick up section and instead of assisting they were laughing while I was repeatedly asked for help.

    Excellent smart TV fir the money. Week later price dropped $150, called Best Buy and adjustment was made immediately.

    Average picture quality. Lots of movies are very grainy, even though they are 1080P.

    I don't have many complaints. It seems to be a decent television. Navigation is fine but I am used to Roku so I'm having to adapt.

    If you cant spend more on a decent TV... this will work in a pinch. I wouldnt use it for any kind of gaming, but just netflix and hooking up to a computer is about its only real function since it doesnt have 120hz or VRR, HDR10+ it does have atmos, which is nice since you will need a soundbar. The standard speakers are very weak and hold zero bass even when you tweak it. For $350 its sorta worth it, If you have a sound system already.

    Warranty dept SUCKS!!! They don’t care…

    Warranty sucks! Had tv 6 mons before it went out. They will have you upload all types of info to make you think they’ll replace it and then NOT replace it! I spent days communicating w/them all for them to tell me NO they won’t replace a TV that appears to be damaged.
