    This 65’’ tv was cheapest than other famous brand.Sound was good.But picture not.Set up little bit difficult

    I bought this 65 inch TV for just over $400 and it came with the new Alexa pop for free... can't beat it!

    Working great so far picture could be a little more dynamic but I didn’t pay much for the items so you get what you pay for

    I bought the TV in store and had it deliver on 07/15/23 by 08/18/23 it was no longer working. TV image is great but the Best Buy sales rep failed to disclose that Toshiba Fire Tv's continous issue of getting frozen. My tv froze and no reboot, resetting or anything makes it work. Now, it is not returnable by EBAY policies so I had to go through Toshiba for manufacturers warranty and it will take 2 weeks for Toshiba to send a technician. So I would not recommend to get this TV. Google Toshiba Fire frozen logo.

    TV Stopped Working After 7 Months — No Support!

    I purchased this Toshiba TV in November 2024, and less than a year later, it has completely stopped working. The TV doesn’t power on at all not even the red standby light comes on which typically indicates it’s getting power. I tried the usual troubleshooting steps, like unplugging and plugging it back in, but nothing worked. What made this even more frustrating was the lack of support. Toshiba’s TV support website doesn’t load, and there are so many different departments and divisions listed that it was nearly impossible to figure out who to contact. After some digging, I finally got a response via email, only to be redirected to another site that handles Toshiba TVs made after 2015. That site includes a notice stating: “Toshiba Visual Solutions Corporation and its subsidiaries ceased to be the subsidiaries of Toshiba Group on February 28, 2018. They will continue to develop, sell, and offer repair and support services for Toshiba and REGZA-brand visual products.” This whole experience has been disappointing and confusing, and I’m left with a non-functional TV and very little support. I expected better quality and service from a brand like Toshiba.

    Nice picture. Doesn’t power off with cable remote. Always have to change the hdmi every time I turn the tv back on
