Save your money

I should’ve realized for such a cheap price, you get what you pay for. The first day we used the T.V., the picture kept going black multiple times. I ended up taking it back and exchanging it for the same T.V., thinking there was just something wrong with that one. Nope! I’ve had the new T.V. and it started doing the same exact thing! I thought maybe it was our HDMI connection or something loose, but everything was fine. It’s now past the window to return it to the store, so we’re stuck with this. I’ve read other reviews of how difficult it is to get assistance trying to go through Toshiba customer service but, unfortunately, that probably will have to be my next step.

Do not buy Toshiba or Hisense TVs

The TV did not last a calendar year before the picture was severely distorted. Luckily or unluckily for me it still fell under the 1 year warranty. The process of getting it replaced and follow up with this company took almost 2 months
