    Unfortunately, this is the worst television I have ever owned. I should’ve realized for such a cheap price, you get what you pay for. The first day we used the T.V., the picture kept going black multiple times. I ended up taking it back and exchanging it for the same T.V., thinking there was just something wrong with that one. Nope! I’ve had the new T.V. and it started doing the same exact thing! I thought maybe it was our HDMI connection or something loose, but everything was fine. It’s now past the window to return it to the store, so we’re stuck with this. I’ve read other reviews of how difficult it is to get assistance trying to go through Toshiba customer service but, unfortunately, that probably will have to be my next step.

    Barely used my tv this year until the last two months, today it completely froze. At first I didn’t use it because it would freeze and glitch (brand new) compared to my boyfriend’s tv, even though we are on the same wifi and mine is newer. Remote won’t make the screen change nor will the button under the tv. I’m forced to unplug it while on..

    The television is actually fine and the technician installed it well. However, the tech forgot to leave the remote, and trying to reach someone to correct the problem has been a horrendous experience. I needed to reach customer service for a refrigerator purchased earlier this year and had the same awful customer service experience. They won't take calls at the store and I got bounced around between a chat bot and a customer service center and had great difficulty getting problems resolved.

    I brought this tv in June and it's went back to the pair remote screen for some reason i brought a new remote thing that was the problem.. wrong called Toshiba who does not own the tv hicense does they sent me two remotes which still hasn't fixed the problem. Then today i tried to pair the new remote still not working went through the steps with customer service still not working instead of just sending a technician to fix the tv and send me a new they need a tear2 technician to try next which they say will take another 24 hours. Never again
