    Overall the Toshiba was decent in picture. I didn’t love the sound quality, but I think that all these new LED’s lack in the sound department (I was coming from a plasma) Anyway. One hang up was this (and I’m glad that I brought it back) was a stutter in the gameplay when the Tv Was in “game mode.” If you’re having difficult with your Xbox or other console using game mode, return this set & get a different brand. Don’t hesitate. Box it up and bring it back. Seems to be some sort of glitch on high motion games and the brand. Not sure what to make of it, but it happens.

    The tv is perfect but the sales man is horrible he want to sell me a tv with an open box even i told him a 1000 time i dont wana it And in the end i wana pay in cash and he swear if i apply for a credit i will get an instant discount and i told him i dont want but he insisted on and say no impect on your credit in the end my credit went down and no discount it was an horrible experience

    Nice tv but the sound has issues. It keeps going in and out. Now I can’t access the sound and display setting regardless if I factory rest or not.

    Wont last long

    Thought this was a great deal at first, a year and half later and we're buying a new TV. Things started with the occasional freezes where the remote wouldnt control anything which required you to disconnect the power cord and then reconnect and restart the TV. Then all of the sudden half the LEDs went dark. Contacted Hisense and after submitting what they requested was told sorry you are out of warantee. Turns out it would cost more to fix than buyba new one! Id say this is the poster child for a geek squad warantee.

    Remote to TV connection has a delay and you can see the backlighting around the tv at times. Hoping that geek squad can fix this, but not immediately satisfied with purchase.

    Picture is great so is the sound. The remote is so small. Seniors but these televisions. The remote is way too small.

    Terrible backlight bleed

    TV is basically unusable with how badly the light seeps in from the edges/corners. Wouldn't recommend anyone buy because of this defect.

    Toshiba is just a name and no longer the same brand as back in the day- another company bought the name and the quality is terrible. The picture quality was terrible, the weight of the tv was extremely heavy. I took it back so fast and that’s when we learned that Toshiba isn’t the same owners. They don’t have an option to adjust the picture mode or contrast. Do not recommend this tv at all

    TV won’t last more the 1 1/2 years

    I have had a Toshiba TV in the past but this TV started today with the 1/3 of the screen going dark after 16 months of owning. I guess they don’t make them to last more than a year.

    I purchased this tv in June 2023 and it has already gone out. My daughter watched a show, we turned tv and went out for about an hour. Upon return after turning on the tv the picture is nothing but lines, but you can hear the sound. There's no way the tv should already need replacing. Best buy won't assist with the replacement because there's no extended warranty, Toshiba won't cover it because its outside of the 1 year warranty. This is one of the worst purchases I ever made.

    This tv is a piece of junk. It has went out so many times since I bought it a little over a year ago and now it just has a dark blue screen. Of course the warrant went out 2 months ago!!! It's sad when a tv don't last hardly a year anymore. I'm so frustrated with Toshiba. I'll never buy this brand again!

    Honestly, you get what you pay for. Slow processing, doesn’t work with soundbar on apps. Decent picture. Decent sound at loud volumes.

    The tv worked for a week and then lost sound. When it worked the picture and sound were great. Differently a 10+.

    Picture quality not there, not crisp & sharp. The openings to screw in for wall mount brackets are too low, they sit on the bottom half of tv. The back as two different surface heights, so did not know until mounting existing bracket & discovered need spacers! Have used existing brackets on tv different brands of tv with no problem. Totally done, returning tv. So disappointed with this Toshiba.
