    Tv is nice. Fire TV remote is annoying, not having traditional remote functionality: ie previous channel, or direct number input.

    I have had a Toshiba TV in the past but this TV started today with the 1/3 of the screen going dark after 16 months of owning. I guess they don’t make them to last more than a year.

    I know it's a cheap tv. But for the money you expect something more decent. The worst is it's audio speakers. The frame materials looks like something that is not going to last

    I purchased this tv in June 2023 and it has already gone out. My daughter watched a show, we turned tv and went out for about an hour. Upon return after turning on the tv the picture is nothing but lines, but you can hear the sound. There's no way the tv should already need replacing. Best buy won't assist with the replacement because there's no extended warranty, Toshiba won't cover it because its outside of the 1 year warranty. This is one of the worst purchases I ever made.

    Honestly good tv for the price. Not for gaming tho. It ruins any game because of the graphics. Too fast and blurry at times. Wouldn’t but agoan

    The tv worked for a week and then lost sound. When it worked the picture and sound were great. Differently a 10+.

    Do Not Buy- QUALITY is terrible

    Toshiba is just a name and no longer the same brand as back in the day- another company bought the name and the quality is terrible. The picture quality was terrible, the weight of the tv was extremely heavy. I took it back so fast and that’s when we learned that Toshiba isn’t the same owners. They don’t have an option to adjust the picture mode or contrast. Do not recommend this tv at all

    Picture quality not there, not crisp & sharp. The openings to screw in for wall mount brackets are too low, they sit on the bottom half of tv. The back as two different surface heights, so did not know until mounting existing bracket & discovered need spacers! Have used existing brackets on tv different brands of tv with no problem. Totally done, returning tv. So disappointed with this Toshiba.

    Bad TV

    I bought this TV 8 weeks ago with the extended warranty and it stopped working. I called Best Buy and they said I had to call the manufacturer. So I called the manufacturer, they wanted model number serial number receipt with data purchase and etc. Then they said after that, they would send The geek squad out, and if they could not get it working they would replace it. Now this TV is I bought September 17th and I only had it for three weeks prior to it when stopped working. So now I have a TV that I cannot watch nor has it been fixed.

    This TV freezes up and will not accept any commands from the remote. Does not even allow you to turn the TV off. One time I turned the tv off and the sound did not turn off. The only way to fix any of these issues is to unplug the TV.

    My review is based on using it with PS5 experience: - Not the best picture quality but it’s not bad either. - Refresh rate is low. - I had an issue with the one I naught that I had to reset the tv each time I turn on the PS otherwise the screen keeps flicking. On the other hand, the return process was easy and quick.

    Terrible TV. Lasted a year before it started freezing, reloading itself multiple times in a short time span, and the remote has always had poor connection.

    This TV is garbage. It completely failed three months after purchase and light usage. Best Buy Total Tech coverage is a waste of money as they are refusing to provide coverage on the unit because it is allegedly covered by the manufacturer's warranty for first 12 months. However, Toshiba is nonresponsive to warranty claims.

    TV panel failed after 7 months and Toshiba wont co

    The TV arrived well and worked well for 7 month, until one dau the screen showed vertival lines, contacted Toshiba custumer support and they wont cover the warranty alleging that it has accidental damage without even inspecting phisically the TV. The TV was working fine for 7 months and failed. So, not only its a bad quality TV but it doeant have a warranty that would back it up. I am veryvdissapointed. Do not buy, it be asare.

    TV lasted 15 months, before display went black. The only thing I did was install a karaoke system my wife had purchased. We had to gently lift the TV, power was OFF to get to the optical out. All was fine for about a week, until one day screen went black. Hard reset worked at first, but like others said there was some dead pixels upon reboot. Lasted another 3 weeks until it died today. TV seems to use a cheap screen or something very sensitive to movement. Avoid this TV at all costs.
