Bad TV

I called Best Buy and they said I had to call the manufacturer. So I called the manufacturer, they wanted model number serial number receipt with data purchase and etc. Then they said after that, they would send The geek squad out, and if they could not get it working they would replace it. Now this TV is I bought September 17th and I only had it for three weeks prior to it when stopped working. So now I have a TV that I cannot watch nor has it been fixed.

Does not even allow you to turn the TV off. One time I turned the tv off and the sound did not turn off. The only way to fix any of these issues is to unplug the TV.

Not suitable for PS

On the other hand, the return process was easy and quick.

DO NOT PURCHASE - AND TOTAL TECH IS A WASTE

It completely failed three months after purchase and light usage. Best Buy Total Tech coverage is a waste of money as they are refusing to provide coverage on the unit because it is allegedly covered by the manufacturer's warranty for first 12 months. However, Toshiba is nonresponsive to warranty claims.

Picture went black

The only thing I did was install a karaoke system my wife had purchased. We had to gently lift the TV, power was OFF to get to the optical out. All was fine for about a week, until one day screen went black. Hard reset worked at first, but like others said there was some dead pixels upon reboot. Lasted another 3 weeks until it died today. TV seems to use a cheap screen or something very sensitive to movement. Avoid this TV at all costs.

TV panel failed after 7 months and Toshiba wont co

The TV was working fine for 7 months and failed. So, not only its a bad quality TV but it doeant have a warranty that would back it up. I am veryvdissapointed. Do not buy, it be asare.

Short lifespan waste of money.

Tv shuts off at random and it will often carry the audio from the channel i am currently watching to a different channel. I thought Toshiba was a quality product. I am not happy with this purchase.

Also it frequently lags when streaming on certain platforms and sometimes even turns off because it can’t get the applications to run smoothly. Keep in mind we’ve had this tv less than a month, so there’s no telling what issues we’ll run into down the road.

I have very strong internet, all my other devices work great. However, this tv is constantly pixilated, bufffering, and has other streaming interruptions. I have these issues no matter what I do. Wish i could still return.

Garbage dont waste your time or money

It will not however change nnect to my 7.2 Denon home theater system via eARC! I have a huge tv that only connects to home theater systems via Headphone Jack and RCA cables.

Absolutely trash company!!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the TV as a present for my son October 7th, he opened it October 27Th just to find a GIANT crack in the top right corner of the TV, Best Buy basically told me to kick rocks since it was past the 15 day time frame(even though it hadn’t been opened!!), And to make it all worse the 1 year manufacture warranty doesn’t cover damage to the screen Overall I am very dissatisfied with BEST BUY as a whole seeing as they would let me purchase a broken TV and do absolutely nothing about it!!!

Great Price. Terrible TV. Returning

When in low latency gaming mode it stutters every 5-10 seconds. When taking it off gaming mode the input lag is unbearable. Attempting to return this today.
