Fire TV glitch

Fortunately, Toshiba was great in their response (Amazon was completely unhelpful) and issued a refund as it was under warranty.

Pick something different

Sound no visual. Keep in mind we are barely home so the tv is not used for long periods of time or left on over night. I have an older tv from Visio that has never had a problem and it’s been with me for 5 years! This is a joke. The only fortunate thing is that it went out four days before my warranty ended so I am able to get it repaired but a TV should definitely last more than a year.

This Television is a Fake

The Television literally worked one week! I left town for a couple of weeks came back NO Picture but sound. I hope you noticed the Television says TOSHIBA on the label but it is NOT. It is a Hisense I would never have purchased it!! They are refusing to fix/replace

Good tv, bad hdmi inputs

Trash company

They ended up refunding what I paid on my card but not the $115 in best buy points I used. Which are now lost. Never buy Toshiba or hisense

Online purchase

After installing the tv, the right side of the tv was darker then the left side. The picture Quality wasn’t good- very pixilated. No matter what setting I changed the picture quality too, it was still half dark and pixilated. The tv it’s self is hard to figure out. Set up wasn’t easy and the remote was very basic- leading to further problems.

Non working HDMI

Never again!!

I have had this tv for 8 months 2 of which were spent troubleshooting because the tv kept turning off every 20 minutes... Then the tv remote that came with the tv wouldnt pair i spent 5 days attempting to pair it so i couldnt even watch tv!!! Now im waiting to get a resolution from Toshiba...

Poor quality

My Roku TV doesn't experience these issues and it's 3 years old.. I thought going with my brand new Toshiba would be better quality but I was wrong bc it is a forever stuck watching in slow motion television
