    Tv does some weird lighting effects around the edges during dark scenes. Also it frequently lags when streaming on certain platforms and sometimes even turns off because it can’t get the applications to run smoothly. Keep in mind we’ve had this tv less than a month, so there’s no telling what issues we’ll run into down the road.

    This tv is TERRIBLE. I have very strong internet, all my other devices work great. However, this tv is constantly pixilated, bufffering, and has other streaming interruptions. I have these issues no matter what I do. Wish i could still return.

    17 months and this TV is already malfunctioning. Tv shuts off at random and it will often carry the audio from the channel i am currently watching to a different channel. I thought Toshiba was a quality product. I am not happy with this purchase.

    Picture is beutiful I love the bezeless design! It will not however change nnect to my 7.2 Denon home theater system via eARC! I have a huge tv that only connects to home theater systems via Headphone Jack and RCA cables.

    Got the TV as a present for my son October 7th, he opened it October 27Th just to find a GIANT crack in the top right corner of the TV, Best Buy basically told me to kick rocks since it was past the 15 day time frame(even though it hadn’t been opened!!), And to make it all worse the 1 year manufacture warranty doesn’t cover damage to the screen Overall I am very dissatisfied with BEST BUY as a whole seeing as they would let me purchase a broken TV and do absolutely nothing about it!!!

    Only 2 stars for the price! I recommended using with a sound bar because the sound isn’t great. Replacing at 15 months old due to burnt out bulbs.

    Great Price. Terrible TV. Returning

    Good price. Stutters during movies and gaming is terrible. When in low latency gaming mode it stutters every 5-10 seconds. When taking it off gaming mode the input lag is unbearable. Attempting to return this today.

    Through no fault of Best Buy, this model froze on the logo screen after two months and was completely unusable. Fortunately, Toshiba was great in their response (Amazon was completely unhelpful) and issued a refund as it was under warranty.

    Had this tv less than a year and my screen went black. Sound no visual. Keep in mind we are barely home so the tv is not used for long periods of time or left on over night. I have an older tv from Visio that has never had a problem and it’s been with me for 5 years! This is a joke. The only fortunate thing is that it went out four days before my warranty ended so I am able to get it repaired but a TV should definitely last more than a year.

    Good tv, bad hdmi inputs

    The tv has hdmi input issues. It seems to need to “warm up” in order for the inputs to work. We returned one thinking it was just the one tv. Both tv’s have this issue.

    This Television is a Fake

    I am currently in the process of writing to He BBB on this company. The Television literally worked one week! I left town for a couple of weeks came back NO Picture but sound. I hope you noticed the Television says TOSHIBA on the label but it is NOT. It is a Hisense I would never have purchased it!! They are refusing to fix/replace

    I bought this tv online without seeing the tv in person- to verify the picture Quality. After installing the tv, the right side of the tv was darker then the left side. The picture Quality wasn’t good- very pixilated. No matter what setting I changed the picture quality too, it was still half dark and pixilated. The tv it’s self is hard to figure out. Set up wasn’t easy and the remote was very basic- leading to further problems.
