It is cheap for a reason

Malfunctioned after only a week

Pixels out after only a month.

Now I have pixels blinking across the very bottom of the screen. I'm hoping my factory warranty will either fix the issue or deliver a new tv. I'll contact Best But tomorrow.

Game room tv

Black screen would have green squares randomly popping up) ended up returning it and getting a Samsung tv instead

Horrible customer service

I contacted customer service and they told me to contact the store. I was given the runaround to contact customer service and the store. I was supposed to get some type of refund and it was never given to me… I’m still waiting.!!

Spent 5 hours with Bestbuy, Amazon, Toshiba, amd finally Hisense customer support. Finally hisense agreed to send out technician. Likely fixing but effort to get them was significant. Think I am done with BB products. Similar experience with appliance set purchased 2018.

Freezing-very upset with this purchase

Worst TV Ever!!
