    Stuck in a boot loop

    Bought the tv and after 2 weeks it got stuck in a boot loop, called Toshiba and they said give them 24-48hrs, no call back so when I called I was told it’s a known issue and there’s no fix date pretty much, now I’m past the return date and really just want to get a different brand.

    I purchased this TV on March 21, 2024, and the screen went black a week ago. It hasn't been 3 months yet. I now have to wait 2-4 weeks for a check from the manufacturer.

    Inexpensive for a reason

    The picture quality is not great. I have an older 720 that has a more vibrant display. The rendering and processing of live-action sport is so fuzzy that it makes the experience almost unenjoyable.

    Do Not buy Toshiba/Hinese ever!

    Terrible product and customer support, it's not even Toshiba but Hinese now and the television had some dead pixels. Then Hinese/Toshiba had to "inspect" to possibly repair then destroy and I had to wait weeks for a check.

    Horrible horrible. Your Service in Orlando SOBT wasn’t concerning at all. We also hired geek squad to come out. He couldn’t get all our tv stations. You people gave us a 1-800 number to call.

    Picture is as good as my 2007 flat screen, which isn't saying much. The fire stick in this thing constantly requires a cold boot. No place to power down the TV itself, you have to pull the plug. Not even my regular fire stick required being reset like this.

    Unfortunately, as soon as the guys hooked it up and turned it on it had 3 bad pixels. I ended up upgrading to a different tv

    DO NOT BUY. Bought 9/2/23. Light on half the tv is now going out and not 5 months old. Zero damage to it. Our other tv working no issues 10 years strong. Poor quality crap.
