Can't get anyoe to help due to warranty expired after a yr of purchase. I will never get a FireTv again. Firesticks don't last long.

We have tried to unplug, reset but nothing is working! Called the store and someone was suppose to contact us within 24 hours, it been since Tuesday and today is Saturday. And we only had the tv for 3 months!! Super frustrated!

The remote nor the power button at the bottom worked. The indicator light wasn't illuminated as well. Extremely disappointing!!!
