    Didn't know Toshiba was bought by Hisense - or I wouldn't have bought it. The TV has done a lot of weird things in a short ownership; cuts off repeatedly while watching recorded programs, screen is fuzzy for first 20-30 seconds among other things.

    This TV has been nothing but problems for the 3 months we have had it. The voice controls rarely work. It frequently restarts itself in the middle of viewing something. Apps will just randomly close. Do not buy this - even when it is on sale. It isn't worth the hassle.

    Don’t waste your money

    Hasn’t even been 3 months and the remote doesn’t pair right with the tv…. What a nightmare. There’s barely any controls on the tv so you can’t even use that when the remote doesn’t work. Apparently there’s a lot of sensor issues with this tv… I pray to god I get my money back. I’ve had a lot of TVs do not get the toshiba fire. Anything else

    TV did not last 3 months. Fire TV got stuck on startup. Went through all the hoops to try to resolve the problems even a factory reset. FYI get an extended warranty from Best Buy it will not go in effect until the factory warranty is out. Toshiba customer service didn't really help they have not contact me back since the TVs gone out.

    Got this TV 2 months ago and power supply blow. Best buy would nit take tv back one day over 60 days. Company would not honor warrity that had a mom and pop shop come to work on. They broke the screen and said that the screen was crack and warranty was void. Dont trust the manufacturer or bestbuy to horor any work.

    Not happy - our office bought several of this TV

    I ordered several of these tv's and one arrived broken and now I am having to try to deal with the manf because my office didn't open the box for a couple of weeks to hang it. Not happy. I need two more but am considering somewhere else due to the inconvenience of dealing with this.

    I purchased this TV 7 weeks ago and the screen is glitching. It goes bank for a second multiples times.

    Had the TV for less than 30 days power went out and would not turn on. Toshiba had the worst customer service experience. It's been over 60 days and the TV is not fixed.

    Brought this tv back in August and 2.5 months later the screen went black. we still get sound but now have a black screen of death.
