    I purchased a new tv but I received a used and damaged one. There was nothing in the box but a broken tv. No accessories. Not even a power cord.

    Worked amazing for the first month. Now all of a sudden half the the screen is dark like there’s no backlight.

    I do not like the picture quality or the slowness of this tv. It’s like an older tv as far as the quality of the screen. I am going back to LG bc their quality is much better and faster.

    A had a Toshiba fire tv before this one and it was great. This one I just purchased has 2 red dots constantly on and it is very annoying. I would love to fix it but really at a 65” tv it is hard to dismount it off the wall and carry it to be repaired or replaced.

    Im about to return this tv to the store since it has a ton of glitches and the volume control is one of them among other failures - the AirPlay disconnects and so on; oh also the remote control is very ambiguous and very bad quality

    The TV is beautiful and it's the perfect size for my one-bedroom apartment in Drexel Hill pennsylvania. I'm glad I went with the 65 inch because the 75 inch would have been Overkill and sometimes we just want bigger and better but bigger and better doesn't always mean what's best for you or your home. My boyfriend loves to watch sports on it of course, and I like to watch anything about nature even cooking shows and I'm hooked on horror films the color is really nice I have adjusted it very little and it's beautiful I did lighten it because when it first came I thought it was just a little too dark for my room. If you're standing to the side of the television on an odd angle and trying to look at something it's like you can't see the picture almost like the old projection tvs? But as you move in front of it everything is fine and clear. I like the sound it has really good sound which you can adjust to like a movie sound or a music sound you know you can adjust it as you can the picture size. I never understood why they keep making letter box movies when you want to buy a big TV you want to see all of the screen. I haven't found much negatives other than the blurriness that occurs sometimes and then it clears right up I think that it was a wonderful price I'm glad that that delivery was really nice a man and a woman brought it in and they were very polite and very respectful and I appreciated it. I don't think you can go wrong if you order this TV but you best order it right now I didn't want to go with Google TV Roku or Hulu so when I see that on a TV I kind of think you have to have that app before it will activate or work? Not sure so I just went with the fire stick TV and that's what this is it's built in fire stick although I still connected my fire stick to it it's still a very good buy and you can't beat Toshiba. I think you'll be really happy with the sound and I think you'll be really happy with the picture quality and the colors I just don't really have a lot of negative to say about it but I like to give pros and cons and be honest. Thank you Best buy for having a great price. I'm going to hang mine on the wall in a few days a little advice make sure if you're going to do that you have someone there to help you because it is a weighty TV. Also, I love the box it comes in because you get to pull out these plastic tabs on the side and lift the Box off of the TV instead of having to destroy the box or tear it apart try to get your TV out that was really ingenious the way that they did the easy open box and I kept mine in the garage just in case I have a problem. I think you get 14 days to return it.

    Not a good tv at all, it keep missing up and we only had it a week and we had to take it up 3 flight of stairs not happy at all

    I’m not a big TV person, but this Toshiba 65” C350 Series 4K Fire TV completely impressed me. The setup was super easy, and the picture quality is incredible — sharp, bright, and crystal clear. Even one of my buddies who’s really into TVs came over and said the image quality and sound were fantastic, which says a lot coming from him. For the price, this TV absolutely exceeded my expectations. It looks amazing, sounds great, and makes streaming effortless. Highly recommend it!

    This is the only brand I will ever buy. The first time that I bought one of these TVs (Toshiba with Amazon Fire) was back in 2018. It still works like a charm and stays updated. I loved that TV so much that when my significant other and I were looking for a TV to put in the living room, I told him that it needed to be this brand. I love everything about this TV. The only thing that is a little different is the thickness of the TV. The newer version is slimmer while the older version is a little thicker. If you’re looking for a TV I highly recommend this brand, Toshiba, with the Amazon fire TV.

    This product is very easy to use to set up and js just all around great. My favorite part is that I can hold down the blue button on the remote and speak to it what I want it to play. The only thing I would change is to add the time and date to the sceeen of the tv

    I've been waiting on getting a larger TV for a couple of years. In part, due to the reviews I've seen on many of the "affordable" units. This TV was very easy to set up. Even though it is 65", the weight was very managable and I was able to place it on the stand with no problem. The controls are easy. The only problem I had was getting used to the new remote. When you power on the TV it defaults to the Toshiba home screen and then to you have to change the input to HDMI to be able to use the cable remote. As with most new devices, there is no owners manual supplied with it, so it will take some research to find out how to get it to default to HDMI. Other than that, it works beautifully. Sound is great, color and image are awesome. Would I buy another one? Yes.

    My wife has in bed on a short period of time, it has turned into 3 yrs. Our 55 inch Toshiba blacked out. I went to your site a purchased a 65 inch Toshiba...The best buy Ever! Everything we Love from 55inch has doubled..The colors our games and apps Excellent. Along for the price. I love my wife dearly,but my Toshiba 65 inch is my New Second to my wife.
