Very Good for the Price

I was not excited about dropping another 3 grand for a quality TV. The technology has come a long way in 10 years so this replacement for under $400 is of similar quality. It is not top of the line by any means, but has a very good picture and is similar to our old one with more options. The sound requires a sound bar in our living room as the built in speakers are not impressive but we already had one set up so it was not a problem. I guess it depends on what you are looking for but this TV is perfect for as much as we watch TV.

Exchanged tv still on manufacturer warranty

Was alot of help since I really don't know alot about TV's. The new one is doing great! The only reason I bought 65 inch is for my Alabama football games. Season starts next week so I will be watching it on my new TV. I have severe anxiety and the people I spoke with made it a very pleasant experience. I stayed calm the entire call. He explained everything so even I could understand it. Thank you for such a great experience!
