I bought new but received open box

I bought it new one not open box. When I contacted BestBuy customer service they said that the delivery team maybe opened the box which is really not a good practice.

Great TV at a Great Price

The picture quality is excellent and the software is setup to work seamlessly with your Amazon account. The only downfall are the speakers. They are loud, but the sound isnt as rich as i would like. I added a soundbar and now i have a great cinema like experience.
