All modern tvs are pretty much good quality. I got this on sale and am very pleased with this tv. I would buy again if need be. There’s a slight lag when pressing buttons, but it’s very minor compared to my other 2 tvs.

Pick up experience wasnt the best because the employee who helped me was very rude and went to get my item only to come back empty handed and wait on 3 other customers before he went back to get my tv for the second time! Then came back and told me "Their getting it now!" It took almost a total of 40 minutes to get! I usually experience great customer service at best buy, but this was the exception unfortunately.

The picture and sound qualities are good. The packaging was so smart. It was easy unbox by removing the plastic holders at the bottom of the box then just lift the bottomless box over the tv wrapped in the protective packing. The TV is not so heavy but because of the size, I needed another person to lift it up to the cabinet. I am not a tech fancy person. So this TV is very satisfactory for my need.

I was introduced to Toshiba products when I was station in Korea. Well made and affordable.
