Permanent Red Dots on Screen

On initial turn on I had 3 red dime sized dots on screen ... but they never went away. I will have to return the TV but now I am concerned about Toshiba quality. Other than the dots I love the picture and the voice assist. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the stuck pixels.

Had previously owned 65' Visio that lasted 9 months, replaced and that one a little over a year, Hopefully this new purchase will be a better choice.
