I purchased this TV after seeing numerous excellent reviews. When purchased the sales person and I both notice the corner of the box was damaged. She assured me that the way the TV was packaged that the TV would be fine. But alas, after getting it home and taking off box, it was obvious that this was not the case - screen had numerous cracks. Took it back to Best Buy for another with no problem. The replacement had slight damage to the box but TV was also cracked. Took it back, too, and got an LG instead - have really been happy with the LG for over a year. Looked like the damage to the Toshibas was careless shipping, not really the fault of manufacturer.

Bought on deal. Works well . Smart tv, streams good.

It locks up sometimes and the only way to resolve it is to hard reboot it by unplugging it. Generally ok TV otherwise for the cyber Monday price. Convenient that it links with Alexa.

I wanted to like this TV. It has very good screen. The idea is good. However, it has problem connecting to wifi network almost every day. I have to put password again and again. For some reason it cannot remember the password even though it says it has been saved. Sometimes it says password is incorrect even though it’s the right password. It’s horrible. Non of the other devices in our household acts like that.

All the years of owning and LED/LCD TV's or displays I have never had a dead pixel. This TV sadly has one very close to the center of the screen and highly noticable. Clearly no solution as the TV only comes with a 3 month warranty.

Okay, I managed to make it all the way until the afternoon of Cyber Monday without succumbing to any of the TV deals everyone was having all week...and then - while browsing, I saw BB had this 65" 4k Amazon TV on sale for $349, when it had been $499 all weekend for Black Friday etc...and I caved. I'm upgrading a 6 year old 55" 1080p TV (that cost more that twice what I paid for this one) - and the difference is very noticeable. I didn't really "need" the new TV but couldn't pass this amazing deal up. So now I have a huge 55" TV in my bedroom lol. So - yes, this is a "budget" big screen TV - but its quality exceeds its price tag. Maybe it's because I'm coming from a 1080p TV but I am seriously impressed by the picture quality while streaming 4k content. I watched 4k videos from Youtube, Amazon, and Disney +. All looked great. Colors, blacks, and brightness are all great. PS4 gaming is smooth as well with a dedicated "game" picture mode. Haven't watched sports yet but it may suffer a bit from the 60hz refresh rate, but everything else has been smooth so far. It also has 3 HDMI ports which is nice as many other "budget" TVs only have 2. BONUS: built in Fire TV, no need to stick in a Fire Stick or Apple TV (unless you prefer other streamers). I was already using a Fire Stick in my old TV so am comfortable and happy with the OS. Mine also came bundled with an Amazon Echo Dot which only sweetened the deal. This opens a whole bunch of options like controlling the TV entirely hands free (don't have to touch the remote at all) and setting up multi-room music with the dot and the tv. Lastly, the speakers on this TV are impressive. I don't have space on my console for both the TV and my sound bar (not mounting it right now) but am so impressed with the TV sound I think I'm going to skip the sound bar for now. Like, I don't need to go above level 10 on the volume because it's so loud. All in all - for the price, and what was included (Fire TV and Echo Dot) I could not be happier.

Does not work WITH Amazon Echo. Every time I asked Alexa to turn on the tv, she would respond "this device is not supported". I called Amazon and their tech support confirmed that "this model is not supported". Although the built in Alexa sometimes did what I asked, it made errors too many times to tolerate. It's ironic that this is an Amazon Fire loaded tv and it came with a free Echo Dot, yet it's not supported with Amazon. I returned the tv and went with another brand.

This is a terrible purchase. One year later the video and sound are out of sync. Only way to remidy this is to restart everyday. Gets frustrating when one of the reasons I bought the tv was for the built in Fire Tv so I could use just one remote. If I could return this I would.

TV IS PIECE OF CRAP. I had it for a few months before trying it. I have sound and no picture. Toshiba is no help. They said I need a paper receipt. Who the heck keeps receipts for months when there is an electronic copy at the store and on my customer profile!!!

No delivery 4 days after the scheduled delivery date and no one from Best buy ever contacted me..
