    TV will not power on, look at the recent reviews! Widespread issue with TV power, Manufacture has no information except Amazon is fixing an OS issue. This is the 3rd review I've written but they haven't posted.

    Having the same power problem everyone else is having. Wont turn on. Bought under 3 months ago. Best buy wont do anything. Looks like this is a common defect. What's going on Toshiba and best buy?

    Fire TV not working

    Picture looks good. Fire TV apps stop functioning. Have to unplug it, wait, then plug it back in. After a while they stop working again. Repeat cycle (4 times in 1 day).

    Absolutely horrid experience with not only this tv, but also with best buy customer service, as well as Hisense, the TV manufacturer. This complete lack of care for me has made me never want to buy anything from best buy, ever again. I will be going out of my way to make sure I choose anyone but Hisense or best buy for any of my elextronics purchases again in the future.

    Worked well for the week it was operational. TV wouldn’t connect to the internet after one week so I got a roku to plug into the TV and that worked fine. Moved, tried to factory restart it because a worker recommended it at the store, and haven’t been able to turn it on since, was told I had to pay $120 to figure out what was wrong with it, and possible to pay more to repair it.

    Literally took a crap a week later. Def learned my lesson buying cheap garbage. Stick with name brand TV’s.

    Disappointed in the description of the tv. The only way to get dolby vision to work is through apps. There is no HDMI 2.1

    I've had it for 17 days and it is already messing up won't turn on. Every day when I get home I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to turn on

    Fantastic tv. Great picture right out of the box. Looking forward to playing with the settings. Sound is impressive for such a thin tv. Was expecting to need to hook up my sound bar but would be perfectly happy with watching a game or tv without one. For $699 this TV is a steal if you like fire tv.

    In constant need of restarting

    While the size and picture is great; I find myself having to restart my TV *at least* once a day otherwise my streaming platforms don’t work. It never gives me an error message and it’s not to update software; it just constantly needs to reboot for no reason. I have quite literally never had this happen to me with any other TV before and had I know this was an issue ahead of time, I would’ve purchased a different brand.

    i had actually been reviewing maybe three other possibilities for weeks, then saw this one night and just had to order it the very next day. luckily for me it was the last one at our local store. no issues. $530.00 + three free gifts!

    TV looks great, Fire TV software sucks. It will lose your credentials for all of your apps forcing you to sign in over and over. Amazon was no help and neither was Toshiba.
