Dumb “smart tv”

Blocks any apps that competes with Amazon music ie. ITunes. As a senior watch a lot of over the air tv , reception is the worst of the three televisions in home using the same antenna even my 20 year old rca. Other than price not worth the effort, cheap is exactly that cheap.

Frustrated

Customer service from Best Buy was terrible and so was Toshiba. We had to jump through too many hoops just to get someone to look at the TV. We will never purchase this brand again. Customer service is not a priority.

You won’t believe a company would make this in2022

When you change the source to HDMI for example to XBox, and you switch back to TV, you will get black screen after playing a video on ANY app. It’s annoying and I want to return it.
