I will never purchase a television or any other type of electronic from Bestbuy ever again. Ordered 3 televisions on Black Friday. All televisions were supposed to be delivered on the same day; just found out the last television wont be delivered until January 2025, and Bestbuy didn't even let me know. All televisions was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. No professionalism was given to the error; the company lacks communication.

Top of the screen bezel/border unglued.

However, the top of the screen on my TV was unglued, you can see the LED lights if looking closely. The TV was functioning correctly but with time dust could get in or it could start to malfunction. From talking to a repair guy, he sees many issues with this model TV. BestBuy wanted me to bring it back (75inch tv), gave me no other sort of solution. Had to reach out to the company for warranty. I’m going to be getting a different TV since these seem to have many issues.
