    It feels like what you read on the box about how good it is. It's all a lie. I have great wifi and this TV always has to be restarted to get it, it also turns off automatically if you pause anything for more than 3 min and there is no way you can take it off. There are no settings for this. The settings are all wrong.

    Poor Installation Service Representatives Smart T

    Service online was Great! However, the delivery and installation person was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They seemed like a Father & son team and the son did not speak english. The Father was very Rude and dismissive whenever I asked a question about the TV setup and how to make sure all applications worked. He literally snapped at me several times and made me feel like I was a bother ... when I only wanted to know how to make a Smart TV work. My questions helped the BEST BUY Service installers discover applications that they did NOT SETUP CORRECTLY before they left! This was supposed to be a HAPPY BIRTHDAY SURPRISE fir my daughter. Unfortunately, your delivery and Intallation Service representatives made our experience with Best Buy a stressful one!!!

    Products great - business selling it sucks though

    Originally went to the store to pick this up, naively thinking it would fit in the minivan. Relized we were going to have to have it shipped, which would have been no problem, the research in picking this one showed $80 shipping on the Best Buy app. They wanted to charge me $180 in store for same shipping. Told them to refund id just order it on the app....went to parking lot app refused to let me login so we ended up buying same model with free shipping on Amazon......sold and delivered by I bet you can guess who. Now of course even that couldn't go smoothl,y you wait until the delivery day passes before you are notified of a message from bestbuy where you have to notify them to arrange delivery unlike any other amazon item. In the end i got Free delivery and a headache and Best buy got to pay Amazon a cut of the sale and still didnt get paid for the delivery for just being greedy. Way to make a lose lose situation and lose future business.

    I purchased a tv wasn't able to setup right away had gotten sick but I did setup the tv before my 30th day store purchased and the tv doesn't have a picture coming up on it it got sounds but no pictures and I called best buy and they don't want to honor my warran honor my warranty. We will see about that!✨️

    Great picture, better sound than I've had previously. Inputs are impossible to reach without taking the set off the wall. Picture went out after 8 mo with no recourse from Best Buy and virtually impossible to speak to any actual person at Toshiba. Automated hHelp lines just hang up on you. Can't zero out to reach a person.

    i bought this tv (black friday) 11/29/24 and it went out after 6 1/2 months. best buy is no hope because i didnt buy their warrantee. they gave me 2 different phone numbers for toshiba both are scam number that pretend to be toshiba and refer you ro a website that says u have to enter credit card and let them charge you $1 to speak to someone. the 3rd phone number was correct. toshiba hasnt helped me. they say they will call me back the next day. they dont then when i call them back they pretend i didnt call day before even though they know my info without me telling them again. almost a week later and i have a 75 inch brick collecting dust. dont buy this tv and it makes me question my loyalty tp best buy since they have been NO HELP

    Not even 3 months and the tv is freezing constantly … not able to turn it off or switch back to other apps… have to physically unplug it to get it back to normal
