    My grandkids like it a lot but miss all the Roku channels and tv which was more kid ftiendly. All their apps were up front. As an single adult it is great. For us with kids you have to decide.

    Pretty descent for the price. In wide screen mode it looks like lighting around the border which is pretty annoying

    the remote never worked correctly, sometimes when you adjust the volume it will take 30-60 seconds to register. It lasted about two months before the sound quit working all together. The picture quality is poor. There has to be better options.

    I love the t.v it's self but I really don't care for the fire stick app...not happy at all with the fire stick is slow and always has to buffer

    I recently purchased tv like a month ago and it goes blank all of the sudden when I try to turn it on. You can head the sound but can’t see anything on screen

    We bought this TV because we needed another one and didn’t want to buy another streaming device—we thought it was great that the Fire Tv was on there. Wrong! The Fire TV has so much bloatware that we couldn’t load the half dozen or so free and subscriptions app we use. There are more Amazon apps than our apps in the TV! When the Amazon apps update, it deletes our apps to make room for their bloatware. So, we are using our old Roku stick instead. I wish the SEC or FCC would grow a pair and restart going after monopolies and companies that force their software on you like they did with Microsoft decades ago.

    The screen went out after 1 year and of course best buy won't honor anything to do with it even though I'm a member. Well I'm done with being a member and won't be purchasing from them again. I'll find somebody who will honor the warranty on their products. So sad what best buy has came too!

    TV randomly stopped working after about 3 months of use. Apparently, there is no manufacturer warranty for this item. Please save your money and avoid this model.

    Got a 75 inch tv delivered and when I open the box and plugged in the tv was broken and Best Buy didnt want to exchange or help me at all. Basically I had to buy and new tv. Never buying from them ever again and never getting it delivered. Horrible!!!

    Sadly I picked it up yesterday, and then I was evacuated from Forest Ranch Ca, so I had to leave it at home still in the box. All I can say is that for price it's great. The box is huge! And very heavy fur one person to lift and move.

    The.screen was broken big crack on it. Very disappointed. Exchange it, paid extra for a Samsung instead. I can't proceed without rating but i cannot rate a broken TV. It is a Zero.

    Had issues with the screen consistent of other peoples, would go very bright around the edges had screen bleeding. Other than that a good tv, the alexa remote is more useful than you would expect, ending up going with a samsung
