    Best tv I bought. I’ve purchased Samsung and Lg in the past few years. This tv is way better and has a much better menu system. I’ve purchased 3 of these for multiple rooms in my house and also one for my mother. I highly recommend

    i I'm honestly satisfied with tv and airpods....i do all my electronics shopping with best buy and i never thought of signing up...but y'all are the best in the business...and i gave y'all a 5 star...

    Good for the money gots its pros and cons justbdint like how at night you can see white led marks on the corner of the tv sumtimes boders me bit other than that its worth the money

    Overall good buy for the money. There are white spots along the edges when loading an app, but not visible during viewing. It also loeads a bit slowly, but again, for the money, I would buy again.

    TV is excellent quality! It was delivered to schedule and the delivery guys were fantastic! Super nice and careful! I will definitely use the Best Buy delivery again!

    My worst experience ever with Best Buy

    I bought my husband's Christmas present, which was an open box 75 inch television. First of all, we had to go pick-up our television from Denver West Best Buy. They loaded it and they stated that they would email the information about the five year geek warranty that was purchased with it. Despite a small amount of damage on the upper right corner and lines going down the screen it worked. The supposed condition of this television was supposed to be excellent. A few days ago the television would come on and the picture worked, but only for a few days. We went to Best Buy on Tuesday to see what could be done. They stated that they did not know how a warranty was able to be purchased for an open box television. They told us that we needed to call the Geek Squad and make an appointment under the warranty. After making the appointment, we received a voicemail that the television needed to be fixed by Toshiba. I then called Best Buy, and they gave me Toshiba's phone number. The phone number given to me was disconnected so I had to call back and was given the correct phone number. The first number I called gave me another phone number to call. So currently, I have to call them back tomorrow and the situation has not been resolved.

    Died just outside thw warranty.

    Owned this TV for just over 3 years and it died this weekend. Not impressed. I have a 15 year old Visio thats perfectly fine. Its an OK TV, not bad and not great. Theyre only $500 now so if this is all you can afford then this is the TV for you, just dont expect it to last once your 3 year warranty is out.
