    Thought this would be a good tv after exchanging it with another tv due to its picture limitations. The tv after 6 months became pixelated at the top then had vertical lines called “bleeding”. Toshiba/Hisense sent their technician who said there was crack in the inner screen and would not cover the tv. Best Buy Total Tech program is a total rip off and would not send a technician to do a diagnostic or fix the tv nor exchange or offer a refurbishment. Shame on Best Buy and way to treat customers who have bought major appliances and TVs from you for over 15 years with geek squad protections. I will never buy another ToshibaHisense product nor will I ever buy from best junk again. Terribly disappointed!

    Home Dlvry Pass & chat technology is glitchy

    When i purchased the TV online Sunday the delivery appt was set for Tuesday. Then I got a call Tuesday morning that said the driver had to turn around due to illness. The CSR said they would immediately reschedule me for the following day. However, that never happened. Instead i received a txt advising me i had to reschedule my own delivery and the soonest available spot was Thursday. So i am being made to wait because Best Buy didnt make my delivery a priority after they missed the appointment. Why a major retailer would not have drivers on call is ludicrous and your transportation manager should be demoted at a minimum because there are a lot of recent layoffs from the tech field that would do a much better job. When i did the chat platform to deliver my disatisfaction for the delivery service i was told after a lengthy chat history that Jas was transfering me to someone that could help and not to worry our entire chat history would be available to the new CSR. After a 7 minute delay i contacted Jas but got a new chat session that started. In which Jas again said someone was coming to help. Nobody ever came and around 12 mins later the whole thing shut down and kicked me back to the home page where i could select chat as an option! Not impressed with the logistics program nor the technical abilities of the staff or the glitchy and buggy chat technology. Very disappointing for what was once a robust and well managed big box retailer. I guess Amazon will get all of my business in the future. With their price match guarantee and excellent delivery with superior Cust Svc they beat Best Buy at every turn.

    Had for 61 days and the power supply burns up. Dont waste your money, Factory wont honor warranty.

    Horrible product

    I bought a toshiba 2 years ago and now this TV stopped working. Called customer service and they said that Hisense is the ones that actually make their TVs. So its not even Toshiba. Called Hisense and since I don't have a warranty I'm out of luck. I have a Vizio for 14 years now and that is still going strong, Toshiba not even two and a half years. I'll never buy a product of their's again.

    Do not buy

    The fire toshiba tv gets slow after downloading a few apps. And then it starts to not load certain apps occasionally. Have clear cache on the tv once a week so it doesnt go unbearably slow.

    Does not work with Apple TV device. Does not work well with Denon receiver. Smart function are slow and sluggish.
