It has been a nightmare for more than a month, between phone calls, text messages and emails to get warranty service.
After get a visit from a local technician, send it by the manufacturer, it swapped the whole main board, without fixing the problem, even though we went through all the settings.
I have proved, using and 3 years older version of same TV, that the problem is not either the cable or soundbar itself; as an matter fact, just got a call from customer service saying that Hisense is not compatible with the system or the way that Sony works; so why would you do that? It was working perfectly fine 3-4 years ago?
Bottom line, I’m switching to Sony TV’S. If you spend top dollar, spect to receive top dollar quality products.

Spent a week of choosing a new 75 inch tv. Only Best Buy had a good deal and with the Toshiba Qled. Best Buy always has the answer! Now it’s time to shop a home theater..

Have owned maybe a month now. Turn on the tv and the screen is green sometimes. Other times when using apps only, netflix and others, the bottom 4th of the screen is scrambled. Only when using apps and not watching antenna tv. Very odd. Tv is bad.

Good picture… good, not great but for the price it was one of the best purchases. Sound is ok but if youre gonna buy a tv this large, you will need a home theater and get the most of your investment. Good tv.

Love this TV. Mounted in a room with lots of light. I’m super happy with the color contrast and how it reflects the bright lights. It replaced a more expensive brand that I purchased 5 Years ago and regretted. Picture is really clear. I’m really happy with the purchase .
